The short answer

Yes. The $25.4 billion clue points to Cerebras.

Trading Tips does not name this stock in the October 3 email. It does not need to. Cerebras reported exactly $25.4 billion in remaining performance obligations, while its raised 2026 core-revenue outlook was $880 million to $890 million. Divide the two and the newsletter’s “roughly 29 years” clue falls into place.

That makes Cerebras Systems (NASDAQ: CBRS) the clearly strongest focal match. It does not identify the other six companies in the report, and this Decoder does not pretend otherwise.

What the promotion actually says

An authenticated Tech Stock Insider email carried a Trading Tips promotion titled “232 IPOs. Seven cleared the screen.” The screen required average daily volume above 500,000 shares, a market value above $100 million and at least 18 months of cash at the current burn rate.

The email says four selections are already public and three are still private. It then offers several stock-specific clues. The most distinctive is a company with a $25.4 billion “contracted backlog”, described as roughly 29 years of current-year revenue guidance.

That figure is too specific to be a generic AI-stock clue. It maps directly to Cerebras.

Why Cerebras is the strongest match

Promotion clue Authoritative match Assessment
$25.4 billion contracted backlog Cerebras reported $25.4 billion of remaining performance obligations as of June 30, 2026. Exact numerical match. “RPO” is the precise accounting term.
About 29 years of current-year revenue guidance The company raised 2026 core-revenue guidance to $880 million–$890 million. The RPO equals about 28.7 times the midpoint. Independent mathematical match.
Recent U.S. listing Cerebras identifies itself as NASDAQ: CBRS and reported $6.4 billion of gross IPO proceeds. Consistent with the report’s IPO universe.
Enough liquidity to survive the screen The company reported $8.6 billion of cash, restricted cash and short-term investments at June 30. Strong balance-sheet match, although expansion is capital intensive.

No credible alternative disclosed the same $25.4 billion RPO together with an approximately 29-times relationship to 2026 revenue guidance. That is why the identification clears the High-confidence threshold even without a publisher reveal.

The $25.4 billion number is real, but the label matters

RPO is stronger than a loose pipeline claim

Remaining performance obligations represent contracted revenue that has not yet been recognized. It is a meaningful disclosure. It is not the same thing as 29 years of cash already locked in or 29 years of revenue arriving evenly.

Revenue timing depends on delivery schedules, capacity coming online, customer usage, contract terms and Cerebras meeting its obligations. The company itself warns that the timing and benefits of customer and partner arrangements, data-center expansion and capacity delivery are forward-looking and uncertain.

The promotion’s arithmetic is sound: $25.4 billion divided by the $885 million midpoint of the 2026 core-revenue guide is about 28.7. The implication is where readers should slow down. A ratio is not a revenue-recognition timetable.

What the latest company figures show

$180.1MQ2 GAAP revenue, up 74% year over year
$127.7MCore cloud revenue, up 287%
$880–890MRaised 2026 core-revenue outlook

Cerebras is building a credible growth case around fast AI inference. Its Q2 release said cloud revenue nearly quadrupled, more than 600 MW of data-center capacity was live or contracted for delivery by the end of 2027, and manufacturing capacity was expected to increase more than tenfold during 2026.

The company also named OpenAI, AWS, AMD and CrowdStrike among customers or partners. Those relationships give the story more substance than the typical newly listed AI promotion.

What the teaser leaves out

Scale has arrived before profitability

Cerebras reported a Q2 GAAP operating margin of negative 265% and a quarterly net loss of about $450.5 million. Core operating margin was negative 16%, a far better picture but still a loss.

The difference between GAAP and “core” results is material. The company excludes items including stock-based compensation, customer-warrant amortization and certain pass-through data-center revenue and costs from its core measures. Investors should understand both sets of numbers.

Customer concentration is another real risk. Cerebras specifically identifies major relationships including OpenAI, Group 42, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence and AWS. A delay, renegotiation or demand reduction from a major customer could change how quickly the RPO turns into reported revenue.

Then there is execution. More than 600 MW of planned capacity, new manufacturing lines and a rapid cloud buildout require capital, reliable supply and disciplined delivery. The IPO supplied an unusually large liquidity cushion. It did not remove operating risk.

What this Decoder does not identify

The email advertises seven names. Only the $25.4 billion clue provides enough high-specificity evidence to resolve a focal public company. The company trading below its April IPO price, the business with $113,000 of quarterly revenue and the three private selections require their own evidence. They remain unresolved.

Keeping that boundary matters. A strong match for one slot is not permission to guess the rest of the basket.

Decoder verdict

Cerebras is the most likely $25.4 billion stock in Trading Tips’ “Seven IPO Stocks” report. The evidence is unusually clean: an exact RPO figure, a matching revenue-guidance ratio, a recent listing and ample disclosed liquidity.

The promotion earns credit for using concrete numbers. Its weak point is the phrase “29 years of revenue.” The calculation is accurate; the economic interpretation is too neat. RPO must still be converted into delivered capacity, recognized revenue and ultimately durable economics.

Teaser credibility

Strong evidence, compressed risk

7.5/10
  • The $25.4 billion clue and 29-times ratio are verifiable and point clearly to Cerebras.
  • The screen uses concrete liquidity, size and cash-runway criteria.
  • Calling RPO “contracted backlog” is understandable but less precise.
  • The email gives too little weight to losses, customer concentration and delivery risk.
